Lincoln, New Hampshire is right in the heart of the White Mountains. Our condo is five minutes from great skiing at Loon Mountain and twenty minutes from Cannon Mountain. The town is small but packed with restaurants and stores. The mountains surround our small ten unit, wooded complex. From Boston take route 93 north to exit 32. Take a left off the ramp and drive one mile. Take a left on Dodge Place, after 100 yards take a left on Pollard Road. First left is Loon Valley Road.

Our place has three bedrooms plus a loft. Two full bathrooms, propane and electric heat.

Oscar is guarding the front door of our unit.

This probably looks like a lot of snow but it isn't really.

You can see the slopes of Loon Mountain South Peak through the trees. The South Peak expansion is the newest development at Loon and connects the ski mountain to the town.

We keep the plow guy busy. The condo complex uses a professional management company.

Nice view of the mountains over our wood pile.

The view from the back of our unit. Pool house, hot tub and lots of snow.

The hot tub. The best thing after a day on the slopes especially when it is snowing on your head, the water is bubbling at 104 degrees and you have a beer handy.

This is the pool house. We close the pool for the winter.

View of the back of our unit.

The tennis court doesn't get much use in winter but gets a lot in the summer.

The master bedroom downstairs.

The downstairs master bathroom.

The kitchen table opens up and comfortably seats eight.

Oscar going over to check for squirrel action.

Microwave, stove, griddle, waffle maker, coffee maker, brand new dishwasher and fridge.

The front hallway. Oscar wants in.

Five person flexible flyer on the wall.

Oscar keeping an eye out for intruders.

The view out of the living room. Our Florida seashell collection is on the window sill.

The flexible flyer is purely decorative.

Access to the loft.

The loft is a cozy spot.

The large bedroom upstairs has twin beds, cathedral ceiling, a large closet, dresser and TV.

There are bunk beds in the second upstairs bedroom has cathedral ceiling, large closet and dresser.

The view from the landing. The family room area has a cathedral ceiling.

You should not move from this spot.

The house has two TV's hooked up to cable and a DVD player. We have a new washer/dryer, a ski closet, trash pick up on Mondays, large wood supply, sleds, snow shoes. There are many cross country ski trails nearby and plenty of access to the back country with snowmobiles. The Pemigewasset River runs through the town and the main road is the Kancamagus Highway. The Kanc connects Lincoln to North Conway as is one of the most scenic highways in the country.
